Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Incredibly disappointing experience. Attempted to eat at this location two separate times over two days. On the first day we arrived at supper time to find a note on the door indicating they did not have staff and were closed at 4pm. We were not the only ones to be surprised by this information as there were two other groups that arrived to find this same situation. Ok, this happens so we attempted a return the next day only to find out their grill was broken and could only serve a small portion of their menu. While some of these factors may not have been completely within management's control, as a guest from out of the country (where we have no Red Robin locations), it was incredibly disappointing. My son was looking forward to eating at a Red Robin for the first time since the summer of 2019 and I would not be surprised if this location is permanently closed the next time I am traveling in the Augusta area based on the two days we attempted to dine there in the summer of 2022.

This used to be one of my favorite places to go as a kid. But now they are so severely understaffed that they were only utilizing 1/3 of the tables. Resulting in a wait-list time of 90mins which ended up turning into a 2 hour wait for us to get in. When we were finally able to be seated I discovered that their lemonades are made different now and their menu is significantly smaller. The top advertised lemonade was literally made with Minute Made lemonade and some strawberry pieces. Another was basically just sprite. Essentially paying $5 for bottled lemonade in a cup of ice. The burgers were okay but not worth what we paid and left me queasy after. Such a huge waste of time and money. The only good thing about it was that we didn't wait super long for the food to come out (However with the prior 2 hour wait it didn't matter.) The staff were polite. Honestly with how understaffed and poorly managed they are, they should not be open. If you're thinking about going to this Red Robin save yourself the trouble and DON'T GO.

Surprisingly there was no wait today with that being said it was very dead in there and our food was still cold. Nothing worth enjoying if it's not hot from Red Robin. Try eating a towering onion ring when it's like lukewarm was not impressed will never be going back. My mom's urger was cold. Made me feel bad going there cuz it was my idea.

Great place! The bun on my burger was quite soggy but they were more than happy to fry up a new bun! We got the fiery ghost tavern double, the mad love burger with chili fries, mac and cheese and the prime chophouse! It was delicious and our waiter was phenomenal!
