At the time you place your order, the order clerk will tell you when and how your order will be ready
You should receive an email after touve placed order with instructions on what to do for pick up.
Yes you order and select a puck up time and check in when you arrive, which is on the side of the building on the far end of the parking lot, and it usually only takes not even 10 minutes depending on how large your order is.
Just call it in you'll be fine how long to pick up about the time it takes you to get there if you don't live in town
If you order online, you can pick the time for pickup.
