Long line. Watched as a counter person named Mel couldn't seem to make up her mind about being in a good or bad mood. Treated a lady w/kiddos in front of me so rudely for what only seemed to be a trivial matter. Very odd.

I needed to ship off a package and they were very helpful and informative. The staff always seems to be rather attentive. They can be rather busy from time to time but I don't mind coming here for shipping.

I needed some copies of my documents, Brenda L. (The young hispanic girl) took care of all my photocopy inquiries while she was by herself and taking care of other customers at the same time. Very professional girl who is very knowledgeable and absolutely fast at taking care of customers. The first time I went to this place and planning to go there in future for my office works or shippings. Thumbs up for this Fedex Office location
