Burger cold... "Be careful, fries are hot and fresh" were Luke warm... Management angry, slapping a notebook on the order counter and talking about "parked orders" being served out of order and tapping the order screens at employees... Coke machine was out of everything... Training video seemingly stuck on repeat on a huge flat screen behind the counter instructing workers on how to construct their "new" burger, the southwest something. Could definitely tell staff was inexperienced, overworked and stressed, probably by management acting what they're doing is the most important thing possible.

Obviously the quality of product has gone down hill but that's with everywhere. However this staff was very attentive and communicative they were able to communicate wants and needs of customers and ensure that each other understood what was being said.

I don't often stop by, but when I do, my order is always incorrect and the food looks old and it's hardly even warm. The picture depicts old lettuce, and slap of mayo in one spot. I did however enjoy the hershey's chocolate pie.

Waste of money! I received a dry over cooked sandwich that seems to have been sitting out since they opened that day. One of my sandwiches was thrown in the bag and had unwrapped and fell completely apart. The other had a bun burnt so bad I couldn't even eat it. This is by far the worse Burger King around. Avoid at all cost!
