I've seen teens/tweens on the patio, but it's a more adult area.
I would say the restaurant portion should be able to serve kids. The patio/bar area probably not, particularly during evening/happy hours. Still, check in with them directly to get the info.
Kids are all but I don't think I want to bring my kids there
I would say kids are allowed, but not the immediate bar area. And I would say better in the summertime when the restaurant uses most of their space so more tables are not near the bar.
As with most places, yes in the established dining areas, but NOT in the immediate bar area.
