I am curious why the elder care at Dallas Retirement asst. living is so nonchalant. The residents get minimal care, very little attention and I worry about the residents who have no family advocate. It is not a smooth running operation.

I can not answer that question. I know several people who live there. They appear to be taken care of. Talk to the administrator. That should help.
