Thanks for the initial question and the kind informative response. We prefer clients reach a minimum age of 14 for nostril piercing. We have made exceptions. Currently we are choosing to defer all piercing under the mask, including nostril, lip and tongue for the safety of our customers and crew during the covid pandemic. We look forward to seeing all your lovely faces soon!

Short answer- legal age is 18. Further information from Google says, "A parent or legal guardian must present a current government-issued photo ID and sign a consent form before a child under 18 who's in their care may be pierced in Oregon. However, the piercing establishment is not required to verify the authenticity of the person signing the consent form." I would call the establishment if you're able, or maybe message them on fb. You're far more likely to get a proper response, that will coordinate your situation, and yes, they will require the presence and documentation of gaurdianship if the person in question is under 18. *also, don't go to a chop shop. Adorn is one of the best in town, and I definitely recommend them.
