An annual pass ( honored at all Wash. State parks) is $30. A daily user fee is $15. Camping fees vary depending on length of stay and amenities desired. Sportsmans is a great park any time of the season. It does close for a couple months during winter.
You need a discovery pass. You can buy a day or season pass from the state website.
