Is the park actually open 24 hours? I want to go like at 8pm and skate until 2am.

"Open 24 hours" is misleading. The skatepark is basically on the beach, which doesn't close. But there's no lighting.

There's no gate, but there's also no lights at all. Don't recall seeing a sign about hours

No cops run you off at dark also not very good lighting
