They aren't enforcing timed reservations at the moment (at least that was my experience). Was visiting from Minnesota on 6/10. I called a week ahead and asked to schedule a tour. I was told scheduling a tour wasn't necessary. Got in without an issue upon arrival. No discussion of a reservation occurred.
Yes they are not enforcing the times on the reservation so it shouldn't be a problem.
When I went, I booked online. When I arrived we got in 20 minutes early. It didn't seem like they were actually regulating time and amount of people. As the person above said, show up in person and see if you can get in early. Good luck and enjoy.
I would suggest going to the in person ticket booth at your desired time and show them your purchased tickets. I am sure they will help you get what you want.
The online process is confusing, I bought tickets at the gate, no time limit was enforced.
We had our tickets for 10am, but there was traffic, and we knew we were going to be late. I called and got a person, and she said they don't enforce a strict time. They are very helpful there, so I'd guess they will let you in anyway. 3 hours is not really enough time. We were there 10:20, or so, until 4:30. We like to listen to the audio tour and read everything. Go see the movie (far end of the hanger deck) first. It will give you insight into what these soldiers went through.
