Stroller would only truly be useful on the flight and hangar decks. All decks below and the island above have stair access only and doorway thresholds for the water tight doorways you must pass through. So I agree with Michal, chest carrier would be the best choice
I would not recommend the stroller. Your best bet is a chest carrier. Too many stairs, plus if your in the lower cabin really not practical.
