There are 3 showers with opaque doors that I find quite small, but there is a larger stall that has a curtain. I prefer using it but I believe it's handicapped so I try to make sure (as best I can) there is no one who might need it before I grab it. I rarely have to wait for a shower either but I usually go mid morning or early afternoon. There are also two changing rooms accross from the showers. One large with a nice full length mirror and the other smaller with no mirror. There is a chair and hooks to hang things in both.
Yes individual shower stalls but opaque doors. Private enough and usually pretty clean.
Most important thing I've noticed different here than other Planet Fitness, Really hot water here

Yes the men's locker room has 3 showers with translucent glass doors. Most of the time it's pretty clean. But they don't have soap. Also, they have 2 changing stalls
I know for the women's locker, there are 2 individual showers and one handicap.
