I've been a member of Orangetheory for many years, and have visited several studios across the country (during travel, moves, etc.). I can honestly say that the San Diego studios (and specifically Del Sur) are my favorite locations because of the excellent coaches and customer service. I look forward to working out at Orangetheory because I know that I'm going to experience a challenging workout that pushes me and provides a great workout and calorie burn, and it only takes 1 hour. It's super efficient and provides a full-body workout including strength and conditioning. I love that the workout is different every time, and I just know that when I leave OTF for the day, I'll have burned a ton of calories and gotten in a well-rounded workout. The coaches are super motivating and supportive, and provide great instruction and guidance throughout the entire class. You can modify as needed, which makes it great if you're dealing with any injuries or challenges. I've brought friends, family (including my parents + grandparents) with me to class, which I love because it's a workout that can suit any fitness level or age, and be equally as impactful for everyone. I have only great things to say about Orangetheory, and would highly recommend it!

Walked into the studio out of curiosity 5 years ago. So glad I did!! As a person who was initially apprehensive/intimidated by a gym + weights, this group-like workout was the perfect solution. Great concept. Incredible workout. The Coaches and frontbdesk staff are incredibly supportive and helpful. Love you Gab and Nik!!

I've tried every group class type of work out and I keep coming back to OTF as my favorite. It's a nice balance of cardio and training that is actually challenging but without the injury risk of other more aggressive places. While it is a group environment, I also appreciate the level of cleanliness as wipe downs are baked into the switch times (not the case in other places). Coaches are awesome, music is fun. It's a packaged deal.

I joined Orangetheory 3 years ago thinking let’s try another gym BUT the day my first class I liked it and started with 8 classes/month package still thinking I will be bored soon just like I do when I joined other traditional gyms but guess what if anything I switch to unlimited classes package! I enjoy my workout so much and more than workout it’s the energy that is going on in the class from your other people around you and the coaches. I feel strong mentally and physically. You are competing with your self and with your mind when you say my body can do this and mind says take it easy. The changes you experience in your body and mind are priceless. When you start feeling younger from inside and age just becomes a number. I brag about OT to my friends, patients, family everyone!!
