Isn't this the bridge that had locks all over it? If it is then what happened? If not does anyone know what bridge that is?

No locks here! It's a beautiful and fun bridge

The tradition use to be to bring a lock and place it on the bridge when you visited. The city decided they wanted the bridge to look "original", so they removed all of the ones that were there, and now if you put one on they promptly cut it off! So much for tradition.
