It is closed for the entire month of October for renovations

Is the Dog Park Reopened? Need to post pictures of the Upgades📷
Where exactly is the park, Maps took me to the parking lot and there I saw signs Dog park but ended up walking around the whole park without finding the dog part.
Has this park reopened? Just 3 weeks ago it was closed with a lock.
Does this place really close at 6???
