Where exactly is the park, Maps took me to the parking lot and there I saw signs Dog park but ended up walking around the whole park without finding the dog part.

Look for the block of restrooms west of the playground, then go down the path that heads south to the right of the restrooms. Follow the paw prints in the sidewalk.
