Parking adjacent to the museums can be tricky. Come before noon. Monet is open for public viewing, it will require a separate ticket to see the exhibit not just general admission. No masks required, no vaccines required for entry. However you feel comfortable, it's open for business.
The closest parking to the Museum of Art is behind the alcazar garden. The Museum of Art is open to the public everyday, closed on Wednesdays
Handicapped parking is nearby, and you can also drop near the entrance. The museum is open for in-person visitors and the Monet to Matisse exhibit is amazing!
