Very shallow and not a swimming hole. If you want that, look at Devils Punchbowl. You will have to yet a permit to do that hike though. Or you could tackle Three Sisters to swim at the waterfall at the top

No but it's pretty People put their feet in it and kids play in it. Dogs love it.

it would be very difficult and probably dangerous. the falls and pond are created by a collection of boulders and rock fallings. there really isn't a safe way to enter the water and I'm sure the bottom is very rough. it's a small, rocky area on the other hand, sometimes there are baby ducks 🐥

No, the water is not deep enough to swim in although you could wade in several places. However, this water is urban runoff coming from parking lots and front yards. You may not want to spend too much time in that water.
