Being a Resort Hotel on Mission Bay, I'm sure the hotel has Shuttle Service to several places in San Diego. I'm guessing, the best thing is to call the hotel and ask.

Yes. They also have take you to Sea World.

They use to, but campland is close to everything you would want to do at the beach
