Do you need a permit to use the football/all purpose fields if you have a group that wants to play a game of flag football? Not an organization just a group of guys getting together to enjoy a day of activity

It is Howard County Recreation you would want, but you don't need to have a permit if it's not an organized thing. If you want to reserve the area though, call Howard County.

You probably want to call Howard County Recreational. I don't believe Centennial Park is managed by the Columbia Association.

I think u do....call the Columbia Association and parks and planing..that way u hold the field in your groups name for that date
