Is scraps affiliated with spokanimal, for use of adoption credit?

SCRAPS and SpokAnimal and Humane Society all are separate shelters and adoption credits can not transfer from one to the other.

I honestly can't say Yes or No as far as Adoption credit. But, I do believe they are affiliated with eachother. Your best bet, would be to contact Scraps or The Humane society and ask to speak to the manager or person over seeing adoptions.
