Can you add a 3/8" sole on top of the sole of my right shoe?. My right leg is 3/8" shorter than my left due to reconstructive hip surgery on my right leg.

If you have orthotic inserts and one is taller than the other you should be fine. All of their shoes accommodate inserts. They also can adjust the insert, weather it is to add or remove material. The employees are very knowledgeable.

They can if it's the right kind of shoes. Go in and talk to them. They can help you and explain everything. They just last month put 1and 1/8 inch sole on my shoes. I've been going there for years.
