Sam was awesome! He helped me to get my new phone up and running with everything else I needed and out the door very quickly campared to the hours I have spent in the past at other places. He was kind, caring, helpful and very informative. By the time I left I felt educated and I still had the rest of the day to finish my errands. I will definitely go back there when I need to and I will tell my family and friends that is this is a great place to go. Thank you Sam. 😊

I have had very good experiences for the last couple of years at this location. My visit today was no exception. The co-owner was helpful and pleasant and very apologetic despite several technical difficulties beyond his control which he could have taken it out on me, but he didn't. Great service.

As an ex metro pcs customer, I must say I had the worst Encounter with this one lady may 4th 2022 at between 4-5:45 pm. I have been a customer since 2016. I love this store and the people who worked there.. but now I was meet with contempt and real hostility. I was truspased from the building and have no real reason for it. I was current in my bill and needed a new phone, the funny thing is as I was leaving she waved good bye both to at the minimum $250.00 but a loyal customer. I feel like the customer service has become a joke. This employee hide behind arrogance and passive aggressive behavior you would expect from a Home Depot parking lot employee day higher.
