Yes it is true you have to go to your bank and you have to have them stop payments I actually had been waiting for almost two weeks for the manager to contact me because they were not wearing masks and they're not sanitizing regularly I have not only reported it once but I have caught it in person at least three times there was at least six to eight people that were walking around I reach corporate office all they did was respond on my site saying that Lisa's guides they were disappointed and sorry to lose me but when they spoke to me and sent me a message it was all an! Which further shows they showed no respect and did nothing about it they said their individually owned so I decided just to end the membership as of this week I do not recommend it anymore for my seniors because they're at high risk with so many people going in without mask and not sanitizing they're using pull strings they're not sanitizing none of them stuff and if the people don't do it neither do the employees .
