Million dollar insurance coverage, 80,000 dollar truck, business license and fees, local jurisdiction takes a cut oh and did I mention employees need to be paid. Just a suggestion if you don't own the property be sure the owner doesn't mind you parking there, usually there are several signs and if you ignore them you have excepted the price what ever it might be.
Was this in Portland, because the city of Portland regulates the rates. The tow companies no longer have a say in what they charge, because they want a cut of the action.
