This particular Supercharger is .28/kWh, not sure which Tesla you have. Assuming you have a 3 with about 50% battery, it'll be about $10 to get to 100%. ((75kWh/2) * .28)
It depends...its free if you purchased your Tesla with free supercharging for life. Otherwise the cost depends on the cost of the electricity at the location that you are charging. Charging at home is probably your best option as well as the convenience of just plugging in in the evening and its ready to go in the AM.
Also depends on what year your Tesla is. For example if you have something made in 2016 or prior you wouldn't have to pay any charging costs
The costs vary based on the local cost of electricity. A nearly full charge yesterday in Flagstaff Arizona cost me $8.82, but charging at home, which is what one normally does while not traveling is about half that.
