They dont have a direct to store # because that would turn them into a call center and they would not be able to take care of the person in front of them who came int the store for a face to face interaction..
Google the number to that store
Apparently Comcast are working on having direct numbers for the stores. They just need to work faster.
The local store will get any message you leave with the usual 800# as they stay in touch electronically. Ask for a call back. They did that for me.
You should be able to Google there number to call direct, I think I've had to do that. You can also try the app the number might be there
