This 711 has always been a pain. It's like every other 711, the difference is that the people working don't care even a little bit about the customers. They are rude and unhelpful. It seems they try to be difficult. They just found a way to be even worse now too. Now at night toy have to ring a bell and get let in. Every time I ring the bell he clearly hears our and sees me and then goes in the back.i continue standing. Other people come ring it, wait and leave. The shortest I've waited was 15min the longest 1 hour. If you drive just go somewhere else. If not your going to wait.

I came in and the gentleman working behind the counter was on his airpods speaking to somebody else the entire time couldn't answer any of my questions and wasn't necessarily rude but wasn't necessarily polite and unfortunately doesn't understand what good customer service means and I found this to be really disheartening

Total fraud. Offered delivery. I PAID for delivery. Said on its way. An HOUR later the email response says pls call, call for 7-Now gets dropped every time. Call the store, they say they don’t do delivery. I gotta pick up. Which I couldn’t do because it’s the middle of the night and my child is sleeping. I end up picking up. It’s the wrong order. They say they can’t do anything. They are incredibly rude telling me it’s not their problem. I get through to customer service and after talking to someone for a while again the call gets dropped AFTER she marks it as delivered. This is so ridiculous. I pay 13$ for a sparkling water and a sprite, which is ridiculous to begin with but I craved some carbonated drink in the middle of the night so I guess jokes on me for that. To advertise delivery and CHARGE for delivery when you don’t in fact delivery is fraud and I want my money back. And to be completely dismissed by the staff is not ok. Omar, you have the worst customer service, you are rude, and you are complicit in fraud.

The worker was quite rude when they were out of both types of coffee and the half and half dispenser was empty. I offered to pay for the half cup that was left and he refused, saying that 7-11 doesn't negotiate. This was despite the fact that there is a giant banner in front that says if the coffee isn't fresh it is free. He was confrontational and unpleasant.
