Yeah, I think she would enjoy it. Just made sure that you have enough adults to equal the amount of children under 48 inches--otherwise they cannot go on the rides.

I think if she enjoys legos then yes, absolutely. My 6 year old son enjoyed playing & the rides, but my 2 year old daughter enjoyed playing with all the different Lego stations a lot! There were a few rides she was able to go on with me and had fun on them as well. There is a lot of walking though, so be prepared for that. I would recommend taking a stroller in case she gets tired.
