Call customer service at Legoland. If you booked the passes through a third party, call the third party to make sure the passes are emailed to you -- same issue happened to me with a 3rd party. I had to call and have the force-resend the passes.
If you're waiting for an email confirmation, check your spam folder. Sometimes this kind of mails are moved to this place.
I have no idea of what to do on that. But try contacting the people who you booked with. They will figure it out
Check Spam email folder, if still no confirmation, call place you used to book tickets
Call company you booked them threw they can help you retrieve them
Call the company who you booked though
