Sometimes your able and sometimes you can not. If you have a stroler or a lil cart you can hide it but if you lucky you will be fine.

You can take a small cooler with water (They actually a sign before you enter with specific measurements of a cooler). You can also take snacks. We took chips, granola bars, sliced apples; etc. We saw some people take a small Tupperware with a sandwich and fruit. They tend to look the other way. We didn't take a cooler, but we took our backpacks with snacks in them.
There's not allowed, except for small water bottles. The security guys sometimes don't look inside your bags, but it's at your own risk.
