Some parts of the park are open but the water park isnt open and the aquarium.

Park, aquarium, and water park open 4/1-4/14 for preview days, with the official opening on the 15th. Pretty sure it's pass members and hotel guests only for the preview, with all visitors needing to make a reservation for their visit. Capacities are reduced and masks are required.
