If you selected a date while purchasing your ticket from either us or a 3rd party then the ticket is already reserved for that day.
Did you select a date when you bought it through the third party?
Call, and I wouldn't buy or acquire tickets that way unless they are complete.
Guest services should help upon arrival
Legoland membership services will fix that upon entering park
