Yes there is a hotel just before the front gates. I believe they are working on either a new hotel or its going to be one of the new attractions for Legoland. We had a great time!
Legoland San Diego has been an amazing adventure. The Resort boasts fully themed rooms with the added attraction of lego characters within the hotel. Have a party in elevator when the disco ball and music commence.... The restaurant incorporates an adult and kid friendly buffet which is fantastic. The hotel sits adjacent to the theme park and opens early just for patrons of the hotel. Legoland Resort is a must for anyone at any age to enjoy all year round.
