Do any of you know whether he prescribes opiates at all? My father has significant spinal/neck/back/hip/leg/feet damage/issues, and can now barely walk or move because his doctor has taken him off of almost all of his pain medicine. He is extremely depressed now because he is in excruciating pain all the time, and I’m desperate to find a doctor that will give him some modicum of relief. Thank you in advance to anyone with any information.
Hello Jennifer, Our clinic specializes in chronic pain management medicine only and as such unfortunately cannot assist in addiction treatment medicine. Best of luck in your endeavors, Oregon Interventional Pain Consultants
I am not sure either, but he and his staff are top notch. They care about you and won't give up on you when other doctors run their gambit of tests, don't come up with a conclusion and pretty much tell you they can't help you. Dr. Rosenblum thinks outside the box and assures you he will continue to try and help.
I believe he does help get a person off opioids. Maybe not methadone(not sure) but nalaxone? Give him a call he will definitely help you! He is a good doc in that way
Thanks everyone for your reply! I appreciate it. And I'll give them a call. I'm praying for methadone though as Suboxone isn't for me. I've tried it before and I wasn't impressed. Thank you Doctor Rosenblem for your kind reply as well. I never did call your office to inquire so I appreciate your kind reply and taking the time to do so should like a wonderful place for the care someone needs.
