Early is always better. You can get a drink and mingle inside before the show starts
I got there about 20 mins early and was pretty close to the stage. It probably depends on the person. You'll be waiting outside for a bit too.
They usually have a line outside. They always open the doors right at the time posted. But if you want to get a good place, such as at the front, try to get there earlier.
Everything is kinda close. Venue isn't that big.
It depend on who is playing. I would say even if u were the last person to get in you would be somewhere between 35-50 feet from the stage. I've been to about 50 concerts and never have i been at the stage as these small venues have allowed me to get. Saw Theory of a Deadman and even though i experienced trouble with my ticket i was maybe 15 feet from stage. Have a great expansion.
