Monday - Saturday the exchange is open from 09:00-19:00. On Sunday's the hours are 10:00 - 18:00, holiday hours 10:00 - 17:00
Which day are you interested in? And do you plan on going on a holiday? They may not be open on Christmas, for example. On days they're open they are usually open by 1000. But it could be as early as 0900. When you did a Google search what did it say on their website? Let us know what you find out.
