Me and 4 of my friends went to aquatica and let me tell you it was the worst experience ever the place was dirty, the staff were unprofessional, we purchased 5 quick queue and waited almost like the other line. We asked for refund and they refused

I mean its not really in their control on how many quick queues are purchased by other people, unfortunate this happened to you. I went during labor day and the max I waited was 30 min without a quick queue and I didn't think it was dirty, I was actually impressed with the way staff was keeping up with the cleaning and personally staff was extremely professional when dealing with rude customers expecting miracles, kids stealing with their parents and those people that just throw their trash on the floor instead of in the trash 2 ft away from them. Staff was great

Sorry for your experience, After hearing this too I wouldn't recommend either!
