Appreciate the customer service here. Very professional and honest with me regarding selling my rings. They provided me with a decent price on the rings I did sell to them AND even cleaned one of my rings for free that I didn't sell to them. Tony was very halarious but genuine. Went in for a replacement for a watch I was going to gift a friend and the gentleman Manny was very friendly professional and very fast. Manny said it would take 5 mins I stepped out to make a phone call and it was like 3 mins and he was already done. I recommend them if you have any needs of repair for jewelry watches or in the need for jewelry or fine art. Manny and the whole crew were very friendly and all greeted me with a warm smile and proper greeting of the day. Will be heading back if and when I need servicing again.
