I can say they have vegan, as for no rice starch or gluten i can't say for sure but i don't think I've seen those in the ingredients list
Hi Bev, None of our vegan flavors at the moment have eggs, dairy, rice, or gluten right now. That may change if we come up with new flavors though, so it is best to check with our scoopers.
