U can post them on facebook to see if there is anyone that will take them
Most dog breeds have "rescue " groups on the internet. The Humane Society does work very hard to place every animal in a good home. If you use Craigslist or facebook you should require a rehoming fee to prevent your pet from going to a lab or being used for training fighting dogs ect. Good luck and sorry you have to give them up.
Connect them with a rescue who will find them a home that's a good fit.
