We have multiple agencies that have available adoptions available. Spokane humane society, spokanimal, scraps, and Petco. These are not all of them, but they are the leaders in saving animals from the streets, bad situations, and euthenasia. I know some people are set in a "purebred" animal, but i personally would rather save a life. Please consider opening your options on a set breed, and actually spend a little time at one of the above places and see if something may click with your situation.
If you go on to their website or even on to petsmart adoptions website you can see what kittens are in the area and surrounding areas for adoption and even see pictures of what they look like along with any other information the humane societee has on them as in their age coloring special needs things like that, it will also tell you where they are located with in the area so you know whether or not you can go and get them, some humane societee Xe will actually transport and animal to the humane societee in your area in order for you to adopt if you find one out of your area so if you find a cat just call the number on the website and they can help you from there I hope this helps you.
