Not at all. Its a very friendly crowd at the park for the most part. It sounds from your name like you need some canine therapy; I think you'll find support there.
There have been people with no dogs at the park before. One couple was thinking about getting a dog and came to the park to talk to owners and hang out with the dogs. Everyone is welcome.
