You will need 1.) A Job, they will need to verify by phone or paystubs. 2.) Checking account with debit card 3.) State issued ID 4.) Patience and grit to stand in that god awful line and depressing vibe of that place.
Also pay asap it's hard to get out of the hole once u start digging. All they do is give you a bigger shovel.
