I found out going through the court system, on a dog that was deened dangerous..that the animal control is also picking up faral cats that i have spent hundreds of dollars ficing them... Is this right??

Sometimes it depends on cities and areas you live in. Some animal controls will let rent/borrow a trap. They will fix and dock their ear for identification once caught. Then allow you to release them back into their colony. Helps with mice and rats. But, you should actually try calling one of their offices if you do not find what you seek on the web site.
