They never answer the phone
It took 3 days for them to return my call. I would suggest just stop by the office if you are in a hurry.
It's not easy to get a return call. They will get back to u in time, but how much time I can't say. GO UP there it's what we did.
I have called numerous times, and left messages asking about having my cat spayed and never once have they returned my calls...this is over the span of a few months. I decided to just deal with the extra drive time, and go to Animal Coalition of Tampa. Better service by far.
I haven't had that problem with them. They must be really busy!
