We take walk in emergencies from 9am-2pm Monday-Friday
I would suggest you call early in the day. Sometimes later in the day it's hard to get through on the phone. If you don't get through by phone... The best way is to stop in and talk with them to get your answers. Generally they have been very helpful.
I would call them,if no help maybe walk in hosp, for pets maybe?
