My repair here did't go well. They made a simple mistake, didn't catch it, and the resolution wasn't satisfactory. Facts: I stopped by Friday to ask if they had time to replace the blade timing belt (blade #2 not turning), and while they were doing that to also replace the main deck belt that drives blade #1 off the engine. I was told that they could finish that by Saturday at the latest, for Monday pickup. I dropped it off and paid the $75 deposit. On Monday, I called to see if it was ready because I hadn't heard back. They said it wasn't. On Tuesday, they told me they had gotten the belt replaced but that my blade brake pad was worn out and it wasn't stopping the blades. I asked them to replace the part if needed, and they called back to let me know that they couldn't get the part. I told them I'd pick up the mower that afternoon and we'd figure the brake out later. There hadn't been a problem with blade disengagement when I left it. I picked up the mower Tues around 3 and paid the $128 balance, for a total of $203. He told me that his tech had taken the mower out for a test drive and that it was cutting great, but you could tell the blade drive was engaged all the time. I accepted it anyways and went to my office. Immediately on arrival, I tested the mower and found that the blade #2 still wasn't spinning, and it was apparent from the old torn-up belt (visible under the plastic shroud) that they had never attempted to replace it. I brought it back right away and showed them, and they confirmed they never replaced that belt. He said that he wasn't sure when they could get one, and they said that my repair would have to be pushed to the back of the line (a "line" was never mentioned before), so it was going to be about a week for the repair to be completed if he could get that blade timing belt. Upon reviewing the receipt, they only charged me for the main deck belt, but he said they charged me for 2 hours of labor due to changing the deck belt and messing with the blade brake trying to get the blades to stop. I told him I couldn't wait a week, so I took it home to look at myself. I got the blade timing belt that day from a local company, and in the course of looking over the machine, I discovered that Dwayne's had installed the wrong deck drive belt - it was 1.25" too short, and this was preventing it from disengaging from the engine drive spindle. OEM Belt: John Deere M128733 - 98.465" Dwayne's installed shorter belt: Stens 248-097 - 97" (Replaces John Deere M144570) Correct crossed part: Stens 265-319 - 98-1/4" (Replaces John Deere M128733) I replaced both belts that night at home - fixed both problems, including the disengagement issue that Dwayne's caused. Since I paid $203.00 and none of the work that they did was of any use, I asked politely for a refund, after having explained the above. At first, the manager refused, but then he offered to refund $70 out of $203 (with me giving back the wrong belt). I asked if he would give me a correct belt to have on hand as a spare, and he refused. He said they'd have been happy to fix their mess up. I told him that I already had to take it home to change the blade timing belt that they never looked at - the main reason I brought the mower in - and that there was no way I'd take the whole mower deck apart and then put the wrong belt back on. I found out about their error Tuesday after they closed, so there was no way for me to even get the right belt from him to change it myself. Also, I don't think it took a pro mower repair tech 2 hours to change the main deck drive belt. A lot of the 2 hours he said he charged me for was surely just messing around with the blade brake, and they caused that problem by installing the wrong belt. It's not fair for me to pay for that. $70 was his best refund offer, so I accepted it and told him I was disappointed. In the end, I paid $133.00 and got nothing out of it. All of the work they did on my machine was wrong and a total waste of time.

Excellent. So glad I found them. Had a part for my Toro recycler that was no longer available on Toro's own website!

They were extremely responsive when we called. We hadn't had our riding mower serviced in 5 years they picked it up and when they brought it back a couple days later it was like a brand new mower. The tech "Mike" was a pleasure to do business with and the owner "Country" is a great guy. In the future we will do all our business with him. Very reasonably priced. Thank you so much and Happy New Year.
