I've used these guys for about 2 years now. I've noticed a significant decline in service since I started, and recently was ghosted by my agent when I needed termite assistance ASAP. After researching, I learned the agent lied and no longer does sales in my neighborhood so he had no desire to respond, which resulted in my termite warranty to expire and become nonrenewable.

I purchased new construction and Home Team had installed tubing into the walls. For a small quarterly fee, I no longer have to worry about pests coming into or around my home. I had quite a few ant hills, and they took care of it right away. I’m impressed with their service and look forward to working with them this next year.
