This question has nothing to do with maps. But a car with no title is not worth anything to anybody. You have to cut it up into small enough pieces that it's not considered a car. Then you have a bunch of large pieces of scrap metal and you can take those in for recycling

You can transfer ownership via affadavit in lieu of lost title. I have done it. They will help you. For every problem there is a solution. Can't never did anything.
If the car runs and drives you can usually get something for it from somebody you just tell him how much you want for it and how much you want to get for it and if they have that much you can usually get it just tell the person buying it from you that requires this many dollars and they'll give you that much if it's worth that sometimes it requires a title sometimes it doesn't sometimes you'll have to give him a title sometimes they don't need you to depend on the person what they want you to do it's really all about what the person who has the car does with the car and whether or not they want to sell it or not so if you have it and you want to sell it and it runs I would say you probably want to list it on Craigslist for sale and have somebody coming by it.
If you can get a bill of sale and a signed off lost title application from the registered owner you will probably be able to sell it
Technically you could get some $ but no one wants to buy a stolen car. Go to DMV and verify that it is legit. Then you could sell it to someone who would want to spend the $ through DMV for the 'lost title application' and fee.
